THE TEAM 

Mr. Adil Hajjoubi is the managing partner for AlShall Morocco.  In this capacity, he serves as a key participant in sourcing, negotiating and structuring all investments and formulating investment strategy for the company.  Mr. Hajjoubi has over twelve years experience in advising Fortune 500 companies such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Merck, GlaxoWelcome, Universal Studios and ConocoPhillips in the areas of Business Intelligence and Strategic Planning. He has demonstrated successful implementations of Business Intelligence strategies, budgeting and forecasting solutions internationally.

Prior to co-founding AlShall Morocco, Mr. Hajjoubi was responsible for the Business Intelligence section of Lone Star Funds’ Asset management Hudson Advisors that is managing approximately $16 billion in assets worldwide.

Mr. Hajjoubi has a Bachelor in Scientific Computing from South Bank University in London, UK (1995) and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from the SMU School of Business in Dallas, Texas, USA. He is a native Moroccan, fluent in Arabic, French and English.

 Mr. Walid Keilani is co-founder of the AlShall Group, USA (Group), and the president of its real estate arm, ASG Real Estate Company. Mr. Keilani is also the Senior Financial Adviser to the Alshall Group of Kuwait, the parent company for the Group in the USA.. He is an economist with experience in financial restructuring, asset management, and feasibility studies.

Prior to co-founding the Group Mr. Keilani worked for the World Bank and the Arab Fund where he advised government officials at ministerial levels on major projects, feasibility studies and strategic planning.

Mr. Keilani holds an MS in economics from Utah State University, U.S.A., and a bachelors degree from AinShams University, Egypt.
